My Skills

User Research

Embracing the Double Diamond process in my UX design journey, I place a strong emphasis on user research to inform every step of the design process.

This approach involves four key stages: Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver.

User Empathy

My approach to crafting user personas includes user interviews to gather insights, persona development to create relatable user profiles, and journey mapping to visualize experiences. Employing usability testing, empathy maps, and storyboarding help ensure personas are rooted in real-world user behaviors and emotions.

Qualitative Interviews

My approach to qualitative interviews involves preparing open-ended questions, recruiting participants, and conducting interviews while exploring emotions and probing for details. After the interview, I record and transcribe data, analyzing patterns and synthesizing themes, and using insights gained for user-centered design.

My Hobbies

When I'm not immersed in the world of design, you'll often discover me channeling my creativity into a different kind of artistry: crafting bento lunches for my children. This wholesome blend of design and culinary artistry allows me to express my creativity in diverse ways. I love creating meaningful and delightful experiences for everyone.
