In early 2025, following its acquisition by CarePartners Pharmacy, EPSRx entered a critical period of transformation. The challenge: to integrate into a larger healthcare organization while preserving the distinct identity and reputation EPSRx had built as a specialized pharmacy services provider in Texas.
I was brought in to lead the creative direction for this rebrand, developing a visual identity that reflected the evolving partnership while honoring EPSRx’s established value and voice. To strengthen the connection between the two brands, I incorporated CarePartners’ signature colors and fonts into the EPSRx design system. This approach created a visual cohesion across both entities.
The result was a co-branded identity that communicated alignment with CarePartners’ mission and standards, while allowing EPSRx to maintain its individuality within the pharmacy space.
